What happens to my points when I return or cancel an order?

If you return the whole order, you will be refunded on the original method of payment and the Points redeemed to issue the Reward will be credited back to your Membership account within thirty (30) days. 

If you return part of your order, you will be refunded on the original method of payment, but the Reward will remain used, and no Points will be credited back to the Membership account  

If your order is cancelled, the points used will be deducted from your account.
