How do I return one or more articles?

If you placed an order over 75€ on volcom.eu, Volcom takes in charge the shipping return.

If you are not satisfied with the products you received or have simply changed your mind about purchasing them after we have e-mailed you your Order Confirmation, you can return them within 30 (thirty) calendar days of delivery of the products and get a refund, this is a right of withdrawal that you can exercise without penalty and without giving any reason.

In case of returns for change of mind (right of withdrawal), you will be fully reimbursed apart from shipping costs for express delivery, if you had chosen this shipping method.

Note: Volcom will refuse to accept any damaged, worn, soiled or incomplete articles (label and original transparent packaging required).

Returns need to be sent back to our warehouse in France.

Note that we do not offer exchanges, we invite you to place a new order to purchase another size or colour.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.

Once the returned article(s) have been received and processed by our Logistics department, you will get a confirmation e-mail and a refund will be completed as soon as possible via the method of payment used to place the order (Credit Card or Paypal,  Klarna (BE, IT, NL, LU, IE only), or Alma (BE, IT, NL, LU, IE only)).

 

  • FOR THE UK ONLY

In case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return merchandise within 30 days of receipt (including discounted items or sale products). 

Volcom simplifies the return process by including free return shipping. You have no document to print, the return label is in your package. You won't pay any customs fees.  

  1. Put the unused and unwashed item back in the package, make sure the hang tags are still on, and close it carefully.
     
  2. Stick the return label on the package over the shipping label.
     
  3. Send your package back through one of the following solutions: 

Don't forget to fill out the commercial invoice for the customs since the parcel is going back to France. If you do not have the commercial customs invoice, please contact us at eu.service@volcom.com.

Gift boxes and products sold in packs must be returned as a whole, incomplete returns will be refused.

Refund

Upon receipt of the returned package in our warehouse, we will refund the amount billed to the account used to pay the order within 2 working days.
