Regardless of where the articles are delivered, Volcom undertakes to reimburse the customers for articles he wishes to return for orders placed above 75€.

During the 30 days following receipt, under certain conditions or will reimburse an article which the customer does not find entirely satisfactory and in the currency used for payment.

Note: Volcom will refuse to accept any damaged, worn, soiled or incomplete articles (label and original packaging required). Once the returned article(s) have been received and processed by our Logistics department, a refund will be made as soon as possible, via the method of payment used to place the order.
