How do I return one or more articles?

If you placed an order over 75€ on volcom.eu, Volcom takes in charge the shipping return.

If you are not satisfied with the products you received or have simply changed your mind about purchasing them after we have e-mailed you your Order Confirmation, you can return them within 30 (thirty) calendar days of delivery of the products and get a refund, this is a right of withdrawal that you can exercise without penalty and without giving any reason.

In case of returns for change of mind (right of withdrawal), you will be fully reimbursed apart from shipping costs for express delivery, if you had chosen this shipping method.

Note: Volcom will refuse to accept any damaged, worn, soiled or incomplete articles (label and original transparent packaging required).

Returns need to be sent back to our warehouse in France.

Note that we do not offer exchanges, we invite you to place a new order to purchase another size or colour.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.

Once the returned article(s) have been received and processed by our Logistics department, you will get a confirmation e-mail and a refund will be completed as soon as possible via the method of payment used to place the order

Please print the documents and stick the Return label and Customs invoice on the outside of the parcel.

For orders below £100 on volcom.co.uk, the customer will bear the return charges.

The customer will have to choose a carrier to send back his article(s). Returns made without a prepaid label will be refused and sent back to the sender.

The return reference RMA or the order number starting with VL... must be clearly indicated inside the parcel. If not, the return shall not be processed.

In this case, the return customs fees are to be paid by the customer.
