  • What is your return policy?

    If you are not satisfied with the products you have received or if you have simply changed your mind after receiving your order confirmation email, you can return them within 30 (thirty) days of delivery and receive a refund. You can exercise this right of withdrawal without penalty and without giving any reason.

    Please note that as long as the products remain in your possession, you are responsible for keeping them safe and in good condition.

    In the event of a return due to a change of mind (right of withdrawal), you will be refunded in full, excluding express delivery charges, if you had chosen this delivery method.

    Once your return has been received and processed by our logistics department, you will receive an email notification and you will be refunded via the payment method used at the time of ordering as soon as possible.

    Please note that only the size can be exchanged. If you want the product in a different color or if you want to exchange it for another one, you will need to return it and place a new order.

    NB: Volcom will refuse any item that is damaged, soiled, incomplete (original label and transparent packaging).

  • Which countries do you deliver?

    EU website delivers to: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal and Sweden.

  • Can I be notified when an item comes back in stock?

    Currently we do not have a program within our system that notifies customers of an item becoming available from a backordered status. The majority of our apparel and accessories are seasonal runs and typically only lasts a couple months before the item is either discontinued or re-vamped into another like item. We do not have any back stock of items that we created in previous seasons and are unable to place a personal or custom order for these items. You can also check our Dealer Locator to see what retail stores and authorized dealers are in your area that might possibly have the item you're looking for in stock.

  • Can I checkout with my paypal account?

    Volcom currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna, Scalapay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal as a form of payment for online orders. We do NOT accept international methods of payment at this time.
