Wrong size and weeks of time wasted

I was sent an XS instead of an L. The outer tag and packaging said L when the actual garment was labelled XS.

Now due to no fault of my own I am out of pocket, having to return the bib whilst customer service offer me no way to replace it other than buying another, more expensive option. They have offered me a 15% discount code for my time, which is meaningless given that filling out this review also gets me a 15% discount code. It seems you get a 15% discount code for pretty much anything - even making your first purchase.

I would love to review the product I ordered but due to slow replies from customer service and generally a very difficult process to fix a problem that is nothing to do with me, I can't.
