The tracking of my parcel shows that it has been returned to sender. What happens now to my order?

If your parcel has been returned to sender, you can contact our customer service. You will get two options:

- Ask for a full refund into the account that was used to place your order

- Ask for your parcel to be sent back to the address of your choice
