WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO WHEN I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AT A VOLCOM RESELLER (ONLINE OR IN A SHOP)?

Volcom's warranty policy depends on the point of purchase of the defective product. All warranty claims must be evaluated by the shop or multi-brand shop where the purchase was made.

Warranty claim process:
File a warranty claim directly with the shop where the item was purchased. You will need to provide the following information:

1 or 2 photos of the damaged or defective item;
The model name, reference number and the colour and size of the damaged or defective item;
The customer's name;
The address;
E-mail address;
The telephone number;
The name of the shop where the purchase was made.


Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase from an authorised Volcom dealer (copy of receipt or bank statement must clearly identify the dealer).

Please request full information about claims and manufacturer's warranties directly from the shop.

The shop reserves the right to refuse the warranty claim if its terms and conditions are not met.
