Is postage free on returned items?

The return costs are at Volcom's expense for orders above 75€. 

The client, after having followed the return process online, will receive an email with a DHL prepaid return label (a SEUR prepaid return label for Portugal) along with the return instructions. 

The return costs are at the customer's expense for orders below 75€.

The customer will have to choose a carrier to send back his articles(s). Returns without any prepaid label will be refused and sent back to the sender.

The return reference RMA or the order number starting with VL... must be clearly indicated inside the parcel. If not, the return shall not be processed.

 

For VOLCOM.CO.UK 

 

The return costs are at Volcom's expense for orders above £100. 

The client, after having followed the return process online, will receive an email with a DHL prepaid return label, a customs invoice and a waybill document along with the return instructions. 

The client will not have to pay return customs fees to return their order.

The return costs are at the customer's expense for orders below £100.

The customer will have to choose a carrier to send back his article(s). Returns without a prepaid label will be refused and sent back to the sender.

The return reference RMA or the order number starting with VL... must be clearly indicated inside the parcel. If not, the return shall not be processed.

In this case, the return customs fees are to be paid by the customer.
