TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE — SALES EVENT

Article 1 – Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") apply to the Spring / Summer 2026 Sales promotional event organised by Volcom SAS, registered office located in Anglet, France. They govern purchases made on the Volcom e-commerce website and in participating physical stores during the period defined below.

Any purchase made as part of this event constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

 

Article 2 – Event Phases

Phase 1 – Volcom Days (Private Sale)

Dates: 10 June 2026 to 23 June 2026

Discount conditions:

  • -40% off half of the Spring 26 selection
  • -50% for members of the Volcom Stone Family loyalty programme active at the time of purchase
  • Volcom Days specific exclusions:
  • Carry over products (items carried over from previous seasons)
  • Wetsuits
  • Swim range products

 

Phase 2 – Stone Bundle (Sales)

Dates: 24 June 2026 to 21 July 2026

Stone Bundle mechanism – progressive discount tiers:

  • 1 eligible product purchased → -20% on that product
  • 2 eligible products purchased → -30% on each
  • 3 eligible products purchased → -40% on each

The discount is applied automatically and cumulatively on eligible products in the basket.

 

Article 3 – Eligible Products and Exclusions

The Sales - Stone Bundle offer applies to the entire Spring / Summer 2026 collection at full price, with the exception of the following categories and references:

  • Carry over (references carried over from previous seasons)
  • Excluded products: notably Star Shields Featured Artist Series and any reference expressly excluded

Rules applicable to outlet and excluded products in the basket:

  • Products already on sale (outlet) receive no additional discount.
  • Excluded products (full price or outlet) receive no additional discount.
  • However, outlet and excluded products count towards the discount tier calculation: their presence in the basket can unlock a higher tier, even though they receive no discount themselves.

Summary of applicable mechanics:

  • 1 eligible item → -20% on that item
  • 1 non-eligible item → no discount
  • 1 eligible + 1 non-eligible → -30% on the eligible / 0 on the other
  • 1 eligible + 2 non-eligible → -40% on the eligible / 0 on the others
  • 2 eligible + 1 non-eligible → -40% on both eligible items / 0 on the other
  • 3 eligible → -40% on all three
  • 3 non-eligible → no discount

 

Article 4 – Prices and Display

Prices displayed on the e-commerce website and in store are inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included). Eligible products are displayed with the original price struck through and the discounted price shown from the start of the event, with a default -20% catalogue discount.

The final discount is applied at checkout or at the online basket validation stage, based on the total number of eligible products in the order.

 

Article 5 – Purchase Terms

Online purchases are subject to the general terms and conditions of sale applicable on volcom.eu. Order processing, payment and delivery are governed by those general T&Cs, supplemented by these specific provisions for the Sales event.

 

Article 6 – Non-Combination of Offers

Discounts granted under the Spring / Summer 2026 Sales event cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discount codes, partner offers or loyalty benefits, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific terms communicated for each phase of the event.

 

Article 7 – Duration and Modification of the Offer

The event runs according to the calendar defined in Articles 2 and 3. Volcom SAS reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the event at any time, in particular in the event of exhaustion of available stock, legal obligations or commercial decisions, without this giving rise to any right to compensation or reimbursement for the customer.

Supplementary offers (weekend offer, tier boost, additional discount) may be activated on a temporary basis during the event period. Such offers will be communicated separately.
